FREE BID SERVICE PROCESS
Upon receiving your design and proposed technology:
1. INITIAL DESIGN: We will first carefully go over your system design with you and provide any suggestions or changes that may beneficial to your project. We will also go over with you and specific needs you have for example time frames, payment terms, noise issues, or budget constraints.
2. EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER QAULIFICATION: We will then provde you a list of qualified bidders for your project and will also take into account any supplier you may have worked with in the past. Again, we strive to work with only those who will provide superior support throughout your project and will provide high quality equipment.
3. BID SOLICITATION: After steps 1 and 2 are completed, we will then solicit an equipment bid for your project on your behalf to the qualified equipment suppliers. We will enforce any quotation deadline that you impose. We also handle all questions on the proposed equipment.
4. BID EVALUATION: After receiving all bids, we carefully go through each one making sure they have everything provided according to design standards and will always get a true "apples to apples" comparison. We will provide bidders to change their quotation accordingly if your time frame is met.
5. PRICE EVALUATION: We send all carefully evaluated and solid bids to you with our recommendation. The final decision is yours.
6. BID AWARD: At the time you make a decision on the bidder, we coordinate this information to the bidder. The actual contract will be between you and the successful bidder. You will be buying factory direct, but we stay involved with project coordination and will work as a close liasion on behalf of you and the awarded equipment supplier.
7. SYSTEM START-UP: Upon start-up of any system you use our bid service on, we provide support on-site when your system arrives and will be present during start-up. We also provide this free of charge. Again our goal is to make sure the equipment being provided is working as advertised and that you get the very best service.
